
Chino Hills State Park is located at the intersection of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, bounded by the 71, 91, 57, and 60 Freeways (between Hwy 71, Hwy 91, Yorba Linda Blvd., and Carbon Canyon Road). Vehicle access to the Park is limited to the Chino Hills entrance to Bane Canyon.
Chino Hills:
From Hwy. 71, travel southwest on Soquel Canyon Pkwy. to Elenvar Dr. Turn left. At the end of the street is Sapphire Rd. Turn left again, and immediately on your right is the Park entrance through Bane Canyon.
Traveling south on Pipeline Ave., turn left onto Soquel Canyon Pkwy. Turn right onto Elenvar Dr., then left onto Sapphire Rd.
Carbon Canyon:
* No vehicle entry available at Carbon Canyon.
From the 57 Hwy., travel east on Lambert Rd. Lambert becomes Carbon Canyon Rd. Parking is available at the regional park ($2 weekdays/ $4 weekends). Chino Hills State Park's Carbon Canyon entrance to North Ridge, Telegraph Canyon, and South Ridge Trails is located 1/4 mile east of Carbon Canyon Regional Park through the orange groves on the south side of Carbon Canyon Rd. (just follow the trail from the dirt turnouts).
